Today in the workshop: refinishing a 13” Steam-bent Claro Walnut snare. This came back to us due to my buy-back policy: customers can sell back their custom snares if their needs change. We give a fair market rate depending on the condition of the snare and the previous sale price. I believe we are the only ones to do so in this industry. We also don’t want undeserving characters to ever touch our snares.
This pre-badge snare had been through multiple owners who’ve had the pleasure of playing and performing on this gorgeous snare. We now prep this snare for any new and deserving owner.
This was one of our older works and we’ve long since refined out work flows and processes. We put in the time to do things right with no short-cuts, so our snares just get better and better with each coming year and refurb.
