Pantheon Percussion: Wrapping a 10-ply 13 x 7 Maple shell in Black Sparkle

Did you know that many companies use tape to secure their wraps to their shells? We don’t prefer that method, so this is how we wrap our shells. First make sure the wraps and shell have been rough sanded and the glue has been applied on both, then apply firmly to the shell, with no overlap. You see how we trim the wraps to make sure they fit perfectly before clamping? We follow up with epoxy glue over the edge to make these shells even more road worthy.
